STR WORKER DEVELOPMENT

Are you interested in helping people? Would you like to receive training & work experience? Do you care about your community?

The FlexiCare Training Programme is designed for anyone interested in gaining the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to pursue a career in the Mental Health and Social Care sector.

The programme offers a range of opportunities including frontline work experience, City & Guilds certificates in mental health, vocational training, supervision, and the chance to get great leadership experience.

We strive to engage an enthusiastic and diverse group of individuals eager to explore sustainable models of service delivery. As a member of this training programme, you’ll be learning about innovative methods such as Time Banking and Co-Production.

Although the programme is relatively new, it has already achieved outstanding results. Beyond just receiving training and work experience, participants are also creating new opportunities. They have created new relationships, new activities, new skills, new knowledge, and new possibilities.

If this sounds exciting to you, we hope you’ll come along and join us.
