Job Description
Job title: Team Leader
Accountable to: Director of Services
Grade: Salary will be in the range of £27,000-£29,000 inc. 37.5 hrs/week. 28 Days AL plus Bank Holidays
Purpose of job: To lead a staff team to deliver a Support, Time & Recovery contract in a Coproduced Mental Health Day Centre.
Aims of the job: To ensure effective delivery of a coproduced service providing Support and Time to an allocated group of service users and thus promote their recovery. Effective management of the Day Centre. Management and leadership of STR Workers. Effective delivery against service plans, objectives and targets.
