During this 2 days training course, participants explore the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and learn the five “steps” of mental health first aid.
All the trainees receive a nationally recognised certificate. The course is suitable for everyone and we encourage all volunteers and service users to take part at a cost of 12 time credits. There are still spaces on course this month for those interested. Please ask a member of staff to confirm your place.
